When a report calls for a figure, the app can search the web for comparable vehicles, bring back the price, mileage and source for each, then open every link to confirm it is still live before printing it. Choose a local, regional or nationwide search area — or skip the whole thing and type comparables in yourself. Leave the value blank and no figure appears anywhere on the document.

The research feature uses your own Claude API key, added once in Settings — about 10¢ per search, and repeating the same vehicle within 30 minutes is free. Everything else in the platform works without a key at all.

Is this a subscription? +
No. $499 once, and the platform is yours. There is no monthly fee, no per-report fee and no seat licensing — put as many inspectors on it as you like.
Does anyone need to install an app? +
No. It runs in the mobile browser on iOS and Android and on desktop, so there is nothing to download from an app store and nothing to update on each phone when something changes.
Can I change the checklist? +
Yes. Add, rename or delete any item, drag items between sections, reorder whole sections, and reset to the factory list whenever you want to start clean. Anything you leave unmarked is left off the printed report, so the document only shows what you actually looked at.
Can I put my own company on the reports? +
Yes — logo, business name, address, phone, website, disclaimer and an About page in your own words, on every page of every report. The checklist is yours to rewrite too, so the document reads like your process rather than someone else's template.
Where do the finished reports live? +
In your own Google Drive, logged to your own Google Sheet, under your own login. From the success screen you can send the PDF by text, email or share link straight away.
What if the vehicle has no cell signal? +
Work is saved as a draft you can resume, so a bad-signal garage is not a lost inspection. Decoding a VIN and generating the PDF both need a connection.
Do I have to state a value on a report? +
No. A pre-purchase inspection carries no figure at all unless you add one, and on appraisal types you can leave the value blank so nothing prints. Total loss reports are the exception in the other direction: they state a single actual cash value, because that is what a carrier settles on.
